Shipping Policy
Here's what to expect when you order from The Stitch, GA.
Processing time Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from our studio in Athens, Georgia. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and we'll note that on the product page.
Shipping methods and costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship via USPS and UPS.
Delivery estimates Once your order ships, you can expect delivery in:
- 3 to 7 business days for standard domestic shipping (contiguous U.S.)
- 5 to 10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
- 10 to 20 business days for international shipping, where offered
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery times.
Order tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order goes out.
International shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email nydia@thestitchga.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for missing packages). We'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or refund sorted out.
Address accuracy Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which will include additional shipping charges.
Local pickup Local pickup may be available for orders placed in the Athens, GA area. Please email nydia@nydiakehnle.com before placing an order to make arrangements in advance.
