2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with The Stitch, GA. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Return window You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Kits that have been opened, cut into, or used cannot be returned.

How to start a return Email nydia@thestitchga.com with your order number and a note about what you'd like to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping You cover return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. In those cases, we cover it.

Refunds Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-returnable items The following are final sale:

  • Digital patterns and PDF downloads
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Class, workshop, and membership registrations (see cancellation terms below)
  • Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges We don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like something different, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Class and workshop cancellations

  • 7 or more days before the class date: full refund
  • 3 to 6 days before: 50% refund or full studio credit
  • Within 48 hours: non-refundable, but we'll transfer your spot to another class of equal value if space allows
